Hourly Rates €25 Per Hour Per Person during normal hours
General maintenance day rate - €160 per day (1 person)
€300 per day (2 persons)
Emergency call out rates -
Monday to Friday 08.00 - 18.00 - €75 call out and €25.00 per hour after the first hour
Monday to Friday 18.00 - 22.00 - €95 call out and €35.00 per hour after the first hour
Monday to Friday 22.00 - 08.00 - €120 call out and €50.00 per hour after the first hour

Free of Charge for properties where our other services are provided.
